Toronto - "The world within a city"
 Toronto is referred to it as “The world within a city”, and if you have ever had the pleasure of visiting you understand just why they have trademarked that name. This is the most culturally diverse city in the world and we consider the fact that it is within a day's drive of New York’s wine regions a big plus. We can travel there and promote our product and our Canadian friends can come and visit us and learn about our regions and products.
New York wines can be found in the Liquor Control Board of Ontario stores and in several restaurants as well as being available for order from the agents that represent the products.

New York wines in Toronto
With all the diverse cultures that are found in Toronto comes a wonderful selection of cuisines. We think that New York wines have the right characteristics and taste profiles that pair very well with a variety of foods. The cool climate of our growing regions produces lively fresh flavors that enhance any meal. At a recent dinner at JK Rom we had a delicious rice gumbo with catfish paired with a Dry Riesling, a rich, earthy mushroom crepe with squash puree paired with an equally rich Chardonnay; lamb grilled to perfection and served and gratin potato and green beans with a block-buster Cabernet Franc; and a decadent walnut cake with a luscious Strawberry wine. The dinner was beautifully prepared by Chef Jamie Kennedy and his staff and we were very proud of how well the wines matched every course. We are looking forward to our next special dinner in Toronto, but don’t wait until then to match a New York wine with your favorite dish – even if it is "only" artfully prepared in your own kitchen
